What we move
Removals services in Blacktown
One local crew, sized to the job. The settlement-day house move is the work we're built around, and the rest of a moving life sits right behind it: lease-end units, packing weeks, big homes and the odd office. Every job runs on the same three hourly rates, one price per crew, nothing added on the day.
The lead job
Settlement + handover house moves
This is the move with a date attached: settlement on the new place, builder handover, or both in the same fortnight. We plan it backwards from key collection. The truck is loaded and staged before your solicitor calls, so the drive to the new place starts the moment the keys are released, not an hour after.
- If settlement slips, the booking moves with it. No fee, no drama. The date belongs to the bank; the flexibility belongs to us.
- We check the estate plan before the truck leaves. On the growth front, plenty of new streets aren't on the GPS yet. We confirm the route and the driveway before the day.
- New-build protection as standard. Floor runners, door jamb guards and rail padding, because we know the paint went on last week and the staircase is the only way up.
Most 2 to 3 bedroom houses run with 3 movers + 1 truck at $350/hr. Bigger homes step up to 4 movers + 2 trucks at $500/hr so it's one trip, not two rounds.
Units + apartments
Apartment + unit moves
Around Blacktown station, Westpoint and Mount Druitt, the lease-end move is half the moving that happens. Two movers and one truck at $250/hr handles a unit properly: lift bookings, loading zones, stair carries and all.
Tell us the floor, the lift situation and where a truck can legally stand, and we'll tell you honestly how the hours will look. If your building needs a lift booking or a move-in form for the new place, sort it early. Newer townhouse complexes on the growth front often have their own move-in rules too.

Packing + unpacking
The week before settlement is busy enough with the bank and the conveyancer. Packing is the job we can take off your plate: proper cartons, paper-wrapped kitchen and fragiles, labelled by room so the unpack makes sense at the other end.
Take the full pack, or just the kitchen-and-fragiles day, whichever your week needs. Packing runs on the same honest hourly rates as the move itself, sized to the crew that comes. Unpacking works the same way in reverse: beds up first, kitchen live by dinner.

The big jobs
Large home + office moves
Four movers and two trucks at $500/hr is the crew for the 4-plus bedroom family home, and for offices. Two trucks matter more than they sound: the big house happens in one trip, and an office move happens inside one weekend, not across two.
For the small offices and workshops along Sunnyholt Road and the Prospect Highway strip, we plan around your trading hours: desks down Friday night, running again Monday morning.

Interstate backloads
Leaving Sydney altogether? We arrange interstate backloads: your furniture shares a truck that's already heading the right way, which keeps the cost sensible. The honest trade-off is that dates are windows rather than a single locked day, so a backload suits the flexible move, not the settlement-pinned one. Tell us where you're headed and we'll lay out the real options.
