Removalists Marsden Park

Marsden Park is being built around its own residents: precinct plans allow for up to 10,300 new homes here (NSW Department of Planning), and the frames going up next door prove it weekly. Moving into a suburb that isn't finished takes different planning. We do it all the time, and we plan for the three things the brochures don't mention.

The three things we plan for out here

Streets the GPS hasn't met

Brand-new streets can lag on the maps for months. We check your street against the estate plan and confirm the route with you before the truck leaves, so nobody's ringing you from the wrong side of Richmond Road.

Handover-day timing

New builds here move on builder handover as often as settlement. Handover happens at a booked time, which is actually the easy version: we set the truck to it. If the builder reschedules, your booking moves with them.

A live construction zone

Site fencing, tradie parking, unsealed verges, dust on everything. We bring extra floor protection, plan where the truck can actually stand, and keep doors closed while the wind's carrying half a sand pile.

Travel gets quoted straight too: Blacktown hub to Marsden Park is about 18 km and 21 minutes on a clear run, and that's how we plan it, not a "zone fee" mystery.

First week in a new build

A few things we've learned carrying furniture into houses that were a display village two years ago:

  • Book your connections early. Power and internet in a new estate can take longer than the provider's usual promise, so start a couple of weeks out.
  • Protect the new floors on day one. Hard flooring and fresh carpet mark easily in the first weeks. Runners down before the first box goes in. We bring them.
  • Label the garage honestly. Every new-build move ends with a garage stack. Label boxes for where they'll live eventually, not "misc", and the stack shrinks by Christmas.
  • Meet the street. Half your neighbours moved in within the last year too. The moving truck is the best icebreaker in the suburb.

Got a date? Let's get it sorted.

Tell us the date, the place you're leaving and the place you're heading to. We'll come back with the right crew and one honest hourly rate, and if settlement slips, your booking moves with it. No fee, no drama.
